Testing of moulds is a specialization in which only companies with highly qualified personnel can offer a complete service and detailed analysis; thanks to the expertise of our technologists, our customer receives all the information necessary to start production, reducing start-up times and production costs.

Latest generation presses with plastification units suitable for technical moulding, GID control units, control units for temperatures up to 120 ° and the possibility to manage FLEXflow hot chambers.

The use of 18 presses ranging from 120 up to 2500 tons satisfies the need both for small and large batches of production and, with the help of anthropomorphic and cartesian robots, we carry out automatic palletizing. Furthermore,  metal details can be inserted on request.

Upon request, Mps quickly realizes short runs of the final piece before sending the mould to the customer or, before moulding, samples for market tests can be created so as to identify improvements to be made before production on a large scale.

In order to test several types of moulds, even very complex ones for the Automotive industry, it is essential for a company to be equipped with technologically advanced equipment and components in order to extend the functionality of the machines, thus offering the customer a complete and satisfactory test of injection moulds. MPS uses gas central units for GID moulding,  side injection units for 2-3K moulding, rotary tables and external control units for the management of up to 16.
