Industrial Design is undoubtedly the most fascinating sector of injection moulding, creativity and technology come together thus creating furniture that becomes integral parts of our life. MPS manufactures monoblock chairs, chairs and high-quality furniture and guarantees the customer a complete packaging and storage service with shipments throughout Italy and worldwide.

Expertiseand specialized staff
The technologically advanced machinery park and the many years of experience of specialized staff, allow Mps to mould polypropylene and polycarbonate chairs, GID moulding over 350 bar and the use of presses up to 2500 tons for monoblock chairs.

The use of 18 presses ranging from 120 up to 2500 tons satisfies the need both for small and large batches of production and, with the help of anthropomorphic and cartesian robots, we carry out automatic palletizing. Furthermore,  metal details can be inserted on request.

Gas Injection Moulding (GID)

GID technology is used in all types of plastic materials and allows obtaining thick pieces by reducing cycle times and creating structures that are difficult to manufacture without this technology. GID moulding (with control units up to 350 bar) is key in the moulding of monoblock chairs because it creates hollow parts in structural areas of the chair in order to make it lighter and firmer.

WorkFlow

The term Workflow refers to the creation of models and the IT management of an operational working process. MPS believes in electronic management of orders. Thanks to a successful workflow, work is carried out quickly and with hardly any margin of error.
Quality Control

Quality Control

In MPS, Quality Control is carried out by means of careful analysis of all the parts moulded to guarantee the customer products that match the agreed specifications. From the raw material to the finished product, checks are carried out scrupulously and randomly, as scheduled by the customer or according to the complexity of the moulded pieces. Dimensional and structural checks are carried out by using standard measuring instruments or by our team of experts by means of specific tools for product details.
